When preparing a Christmas gift or basket for delivery, it's crucial to place your order well in advance. Popular Christmas gifts & baskets tend to sell out quickly, and many businesses and schools close in the days leading up to the holidays. To secure your preferred items and ensure timely arrival, take advantage of early ordering options (our Christmas gift line is available online by late September) and schedule a future ship date.

Ground shipping does not guarantee delivery by a specific date. For guaranteed arrival, select 3-day or overnight delivery. Deliveries are suspended from December 24th to December 26th, with additional closures on December 27th when Christmas falls on a weekend. Rural addresses may experience longer transit times, and we are not liable for delays due to weather or uncontrollable circumstances. Our office closes at noon on December 22nd and reopens the Monday after New Year's Day. Orders placed after noon EST on December 22nd will not arrive before Christmas and will ship in the new year. FedEx may suspend guaranteed delivery closer to Christmas based on volume, for which we cannot be held responsible.
